What is the Creek Retreat?

Join the Creek Retreat for an immersive 3-day experience in the shadows of Zion Canyon. This retreat is specially designed for those suffering from chronic pain and other chronic conditions. You will participate in information sessions from chronic pain experts, relax in the spa at Cable Mountain Lodge, explore safety in gentle movement, and find healing, hope, and connection among others who understand the difficulties of chronic conditions.
